Are eggs good for you everyday is an interesting question. Even though I believe that you should cycle your diet and eat a diverse range of foods, eggs are a nutrient rich food that are not a bad daily food. Healthy eggs offer a diverse range of nutrients that include vitamins A, B2, B5, B12, and also trace amounts of minerals. Eggs also are loaded with good fats and protein, which many would refer to as the perfect food.

Are eggs good for weight loss? The answer is a definitive yes. The reason for this, is that it is a high satiety food with a balance of fat, protein, and carbs. Because of its complete nutrient balance it fills you up and keeps you from craving more. The health benefits of eggs for breakfast is also one that should not be overlooked. Eating eggs vs. toast, bagels or some other form of high carb breakfast will set you up for a day of high energy and keep you feeling good.

Eggs are good for muscle building as well because they have a essential amino acids profile that is very complete. They are considered to have one of the most perfect amino acid profile according to the human body needs.

Remember that eggs are good for you unless you carry a egg sensitivity. In this case, you can have symptoms of bloating, diarrhea, pain, lethargy and not feel very good. If this is you, then stay away from eggs.

Found this video doing some researches on eggs and their cholesterol. Really good content, btw. Question, would you change your stance on eggs after the papers published on JAMA on march 2019? it's basically a research on 30.000 people that found an association between higher cholesterol consumption and higher mortality rate

Its actually the opposite, in Japan, the dark yellow eggs are the cheapest and the light yellow are the organic and, more expensive. Which one is correct? You be the judge. Btw, the eggs won't kill you but, these misleading videos will. Believing these unfounded videos made by these people that don't even have the money to make any research is the stupidest thing you can do to your health.
